Young people, growing, right to speak

Cons

They can fire you anytime saying we have hired a wrong person for this position and they will give you very bad reason.. actually that is not a reason to fire at all. I feel the company old employees are trying to save their position and they don’t want other people to stay there. Its always same, they hire and then they fire. Be cautious before joining them.

dear reviewer Before I would thank you, i would be incredibly grateful to understand this feedback better. I struggle to understand that a pro of a company is "Young people" and what means "no reason at all" to fire someone. I would also be incredibly grateful for some guidance on "Company old employees" as Sharpist was founded in 2018 and most people have joined after 2021. Thanks for providing us any insight.

Pros

Great vision, great product, extremely supportive team. While the leadership team holds all decision making rights, there are definitely opportunities to influence them, as long as you speak up. The CEO has an office hour where he's open to talk about anything.

Cons

We're wriggling our way out of the home office days into more in-person presence.
