      Collaboration with all levels of staff, good benefits, perks like the Calm app and employee activities, amazing HR team

      Cons

      Can be lower pay due to being an FQHC, but they make up for it with good benefits, teamwork and collaboration. This organization is full of lovely people who truly care about their community.

      Red tape and process. Management does not listen to feedback when making technical decision. Wearing many hats. Most of my work is not Web Development.
