      A best place to face a lot of challenges in terms of people management, Change management & agressiveness.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunities to leaders to have their say which leads to frequent changes in the middle management. Frequent change in the management decisions. Union Issues. Lacks in job security. No work life balance.
