      Good company to work for. Compassionate to employees, management is good. Fair offshore trip times

      Working offshore means you can miss important home events. A con of the game though.

      Pros

      ShawCor has one of the best benefits programs going. Their matched contributions in the 401k are great and the continuation of the healthcare program at the level it is at, despite other companies dropping this is a credit to the business.

      Cons

      Their salaries are not quite in line with the industry, and while they promote within to fill roles, the remuneration is not always up to the mark.
