      Great Hours, 4 week days a week 1-8p-ish, Helpful Staff, Reasonable rent, very laid back atmosphere

      price structure was too low, needed better marketing, staffing

      Pros

      Independent Contractor. Complete flexibility with your schedule. Great clients in a relaxed atmosphere. Allowed to sell your own retail is you would choose to do.

      Cons

      As an independent contractor you are in charge of your own money and taxes, If you are not into bookkeeping it might be a downside. You will also have to supply all of your own products.
