Pros
- You'll have a lot of wonderful co-workers. Nice people all around - The food is amazing - As a young company, they're taking the right steps on the technology side so there's relatively low tech debt
Cons
- They're still figuring out people management - They try a lot of new things, but the overall strategy still seems uncertain - Some of the ways of working from leads' past companies have a heavy influence on the culture and priorities, and not always in a good way. - I got the impression that the founders took VCs' input as gold and didn't understand when to push back.
