      You will be deployed at one of the major banks

      Cons

      A Very Limited learning and the management has no clear picture of what they have been doing or what they want to do or where they are moving with no goals. It is definitely not an employee friendly environment with workplace and policy restrictions. Moreover, micro management is something which annoys the employees at Shelde.

      Pros

      Really interesting work if you want to be part of the new world of security. Lots of devsecops and security orchestration and automation. I get to work with very large customers with the latest tech and data platforms. Good people and culture and getting better all the time. The team working environment is great as I get to learn from my co-workers.

      Cons

      Traditional style organisation driven by very large customers - no beanbags or table tennis here.
