I don't know people posts all good, very good and super good comments or reviews. If something is really good, there is no point in posting a review as it's expected to be as per policy. While recruiting, they would be Humble and after selection, there starts multiple people showing up to talk or cross talks at the agreement of contract or engagement or consignment.

Cons

While leaving or releaving, you won't get your last salary for atleast not less than 1 year, so that they could generate interest on your money. They won't give you experience letters, releaving letters, F&F settlement not any help you expect for even 3-4 years too. Without these letters and last month salary, if you get another opportunity and during back ground verification, these people forces yóu to get settled these things at their comfort and convenience without any damages for harassment, trouble and any other that they caused, but expects us to just shut out mouth and take what they throw at you or just leave without that. And the new company unknowingly would try to force you to get these settled due to pending BGV by Shell Infotech, leaving a fear for you during your tenure at new company without these letters and no status of BGV response. Indirectly they harass you further while in new company as well, if you don't come to their feet level. They simply claims they had forgotten to give us our salary, form16, F&F, but they want timesheets approvals and others in time but salary would be delayed to 7 or 10 or 15 or 27 or next month at crediting. It's really pathetic. And worst process when it comeß to releaving an employee. Besides all these, they get all the assets submitted before they play this game of harassment.
