Pros

- Culture is like government office the old staff won’t work and pull down your interest around working - you will often be questioned by them why are you doing this extra - by the time you leave this place you will have mastered the corporate politics and luckily there can’t be any worse - work life balance. Like I said they will also not work and won’t let you also work - seniors that shout / yell - don’t join if you are already at a stable job as the new management believes in hiring and firing a lot. A lot. - Even on a bell curve of 3 appraisal will be 3-4%.

Cons

• If you’re an investor reading this, it’s important to critically evaluate their diversity commitments, as they may not align with their actions. • A significant number of women in the 30-36 age group, particularly those married or potentially planning maternity leave, were let go. • The conflict resolution framework appears ineffective, leading to ongoing internal challenges. • Senior management and department heads frequently engage in disagreements, raising concerns about focus on overall company growth. • Overlapping KPIs and unclear designations create ambiguity, with little intervention from HR or leadership, resulting in internal competition rather than collaboration. • The company’s core mission is stretched too thin, leaving employees uncertain about shifting business goals each month. • The appraisal and feedback system lacks effectiveness, impacting employee morale and growth.

Pros

This is easily one of the worst companies to work for, particularly if you’re considering an opportunity with the CSS team. The leadership is ineffective and disconnected, with little to no vision for growth or improvement. Processes, tools, and ways of working feel stuck in the past almost a decade behind current industry standards which makes even basic tasks unnecessarily frustrating.

Cons

The company has clearly failed to evolve with time, and that stagnation shows in both decision-making and overall employee experience. There is minimal transparency, poor communication from leadership, and a complete lack of accountability. The work culture is another major red flag. It is unhealthy, demotivating, and unsupportive, offering little room for learning, innovation, or professional growth. Employee concerns are often ignored, and feedback rarely translates into meaningful change.
