      Good benefits. Most PTO Ive ever had. Got to work on fun shows with high profile clients.

      Cons

      Poor management all around. Lots of turn over at the top and no real direction for the division. No work life balance whatsoever. Its all work all the time. Different divisions compete against each other to the level of being toxic. CEO is not in it to win it.

      Pros

      You don't just feel like an employee there, you feel like family! Every is committed to care and customer service within in the walls of the office buildings and on the show floors! Shepard truly cares about their people, rather you're a customer, vendor, or employee!

      Cons

      None to be spoken of! Every place of work has it's issues. No one is completely satisfied with all things, but when the good greatly outweighs any bad; good is the only thing spoken of!
