A Waste of time - Sales Account Manager Shiftkey Employee Review

First and foremost I tried to take the right approach with these people while working there. Management was a complete joke and this is not an opinion. After a month of working there, one of the managers told me that I wasn’t growing the Alabama territory fast enough which was funny to me. Atlanta was my original region but they switched it to Alabama for unknown reasons. I didn't beg I simply left in a classy manner. The manager told me that I should try back once I have more experience in sales. I think the real reason was personal and I have an MBA so I was overqualified.
