-Good place to grow as all things need handle. -annual leave 14days and every year add one day maximum 21days
Cons
- It need use your phone GPS trace your location of work. - Hard to claim expenses with HR give a lot excuse when claim expenses - When you work Night shift next day still need to work - Manager is the King and Junior need do all things and credits go to Manager. -Everyday must work OT without pay and benefits. -Madical card only claim for ownself not for family
