      Pros

      Some people are very good at their jobs

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and there is so much nepotism. CEO is extremely full of himself and refuses to listen to anyone else. If you dare challenge him, you'll be fired within 3 months. Not to mention all the political and sexual comments the CEO constantly makes in meetings.

      - Some of the most amazing coworkers I have had the pleasure of working with. - Work life balance was excellent.

      Cons

      - the product couldn't distinguish itself enough to support the company's moderate growth - We really needed better direction.
