Pros
Clearly been a tough few years here- I joined more recently, and the scars of previous management actions can still be seen. The new management team seems to be leading the business back to smoother waters, and the general atmosphere in the business is one of optimism and excitement for the future. The team here is very good, very open minded (no such luck at my previous works) and they show a real committment to improvement.
Cons
It's really hard work! This is fine for me, but I think that people looking for an easier ride (or who come in with big egos) won't last the course.
