All the hire ups were really approachable when I was there. Laidback environment.

Good Health and Dental benefits for entry level staff. Coffee, Milk and an assortment of breakfast cereals is freely available. Staff from other departments will pitch in to help where it is needed.

No raises for a couple years now even if you have an excellent job review. Promotions happened in the past but seem to be non-existent now. Co-workers who have gone on disability have had to wait for 2 or 3 months for disability payments to start because ShopJimmy couldn't get their act together to file the paperwork despite repeated faxes and emails from affected employees. The company seems in decline. After another round of lay offs, morale is low.
