A challenging and supportive environment. The best group of people I've ever worked with. Very committed staff, and great students. I think Shortridge found its stride when they committed to Positive Youth Development. Once they trained all staff to approach students, and the community (approach to policy, etc.) from that perspective, everything really came together. Staff members are happier, and I think they feel appreciated.
