      Pros

      The kids and floor staff. Wonderful group to work with and most of the kids were appreciative as well as their families.

      Cons

      Management - poor execution of policy, constantly changing strategy. No coherent plan. Pay was not fair based on education and experience.

      Pros

      Staff at Shortridge are truly there because they want to be! Each team member is committed to bettering students holisticaly. Everyone is a contributor and everyone's opinions matter.

      Cons

      Many families are wonderful to work with, but some have very sad stories.
