Pros

Perpetually moving forward in the Studio Production Management Space. Innovative, exciting, creative and compassionate are just a few words that come to mind. Define your own career path. As long as your self motivated and focused, growth within the organization is unlimited! Several disgruntled former employees have tried to give Shotflow a bad wrap, but I assure you, no one was just let go without numerous opportunities to correct issues that did not align with ShotFlow’s values or practices. Every employee is provided with multiple opportunities to receive assistance with any challenges. If anything far more than any other company I’ve worked for. Expectations are CLEAR and accountability is the name of the game. Treated like adults with lives outside of work. While we take what we do seriously, we have fun doing it AND we all know that family comes first.

Cons

Working remote can provide some challenges to keep the team connected, but we’re always trying new ways and things to ensure we don’t lose the human element.

Pros

I've been fortunate to be aligned with ShotFlow's mission and commitment from its beginnings in 2015, driven by a common dedication to empowering individuals and streamlining processes within this specialized industry. For me the biggest "Pro" is the right people addressing the current landscape of creative production processes. As a result, ShotFlow has the most sophisticated technology on the market to support enterprise content production.

Cons

For me, I miss spending time in-environment and the only "Con" is not having a fixed office/location with a completely remote and distributed workforce.

Pros

Work life balance was great

Cons

The management and decisions made in the company is to the betterment of management and no one else. They dont care what they do, who they hurt or who they let go, no people skills, especially the CTO.
