      As it’s anonymous and a text service, it’s very hard to connect with people who text in Training for responses tells us to give very rehearsed and robotic answers which I have seen complaints about online Made me question how much help the role gave anyone

      There aren’t any. For real.

      Sexism and favoritism run rampant at this company. The leadership team is comprised of two tech entrepreneurs who have no leadership experience and no real expertise growing teams. As such, they treat new team members as outsiders and WILL insult you to your face, yell at you, second guess your expertise, and constantly change your goals and priorities. And if you’re a woman, they WILL expect you to order lunch and go pick up the food. Classic emotional abuse in the workplace. Classic toxic male culture. AVOID.
