Incredible team that has done big, industry transformative things multiple times in the past. The company has been growing quickly and leadership is clear that it takes incredible people to accomplish the mission. That helps keep everyone focused and motivated. One of the company values is to "improve lives" and every action shows that applies to team members as much as customers. Refreshing to see humble approach of leadership. Focus is on outcomes over activity. Leadership teaches the "muscle memory from scaling" and is also open to new ideas. Nothing is immutable.

There are sometimes speed bumps that are common when growing a team and product so quickly. These have been handled great and transparently.
