Can't really think of anything.
Cons
No communication between corporate office and properties. Pay is below standard; few benefits. Must pay for medical insurance - $800 per month per person. Company has been going downhill for years. Turnover is really high. Show no value to employees. Mentality is that everyone can be replaced. Corporate hires all staff so property managers have no control at all. Raises non-existent (15 cents per hour). Father built company and kids running it into ground. Good employees leave because they are not valued. Company no longer cares about their properties which are all falling apart. Company was once something special with loyal employees - no longer.
