Pros

I was overloaded with Accounting jobs, and I was honed with the job.

Cons

It seemed like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, leading to a lack of coordination and direction. To add insult to injury, the pay offered by the company is well below the industry standard, and the benefits package leaves much to be desired. Employees are burdened with the hefty cost of medical insurance, shelling out a staggering $800 per month per person. It's no wonder that the company has been in a downward spiral for years, as the high turnover rate and disillusioned workforce reflect a lack of appreciation and value for the employees. The mentality prevailing within the organization is disheartening, with the belief that anyone can be replaced, fostering a demoralizing work environment. His company falls for short of being a desirable workplace, and its decline seems to be a self-inflicted wound that shows no sign of improving!

Pros

I enjoyed working with residents and learning about property management.

Cons

The manager rarely provided clear direction. making it difficult to handle tenant concerns. Maintenance requests took forever to be addressed, leaving employees to deal with frustrated residents. The leasing office was constantly understaffed, and employees had to juggle multiple roles without additional pay. There was no real opportunity for advancement, and raises were rare.
