It feels good working for a company that puts a spotlight on local, mission driven, sustainable, and minority owned businesses with an all-inclusive culture. The collaboration I have experience across different positions and roles from HQ to store level is immediate and everyone is very accessible. You are able to have so much ownership of the business and within your position unlike larger retailers. Every day is different with new brands, events and programming - if you are looking for a fun, fast-paced environment, this is it!
