There was no space to grow or willingness to move around old ways to fit new working styles

Promised that there would be 50% inbound leads. There was 5%. Very difficult to get list of people to call for outbound prospecting. Less than half of the team was hitting their quota. And there was too many salespeople. Not a chance to make a living. And by the way if you don't hit your quota under these unreasonable circumstances, you will get fired.
