Toxic management and work environment - Sales Coordinator Shred-Tech Employee Review

Senior management doesn't listen to anyone just dictates and bullies people to her way of thinking even when she's wrong.

Shred-tech is full of engineers who contribute to great assemblies for customers; however, there are many new ones as turnover is great and there’s a lot to learn. Operations could use some improvements with Customer service type activities. The marketing team is phenomenal; they have improved things for Shred-tech 10 times over in the last year.

When sales are down, the wrong decisions are made on people cut and systems/integration that are minimized.
