      Awesome colleagues (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations) Staff transportation is covered via the company shuttle service. Hybrid work pattern Bonus and Incentives for Staff

      Cons

      Extremely fast-paced environment, which shouldn't be a problem if you know what you are doing. Favourism Hierarchical (You do not have access to CEO and paradventure you do, Unit lead has to be in the know) So basically if you have issues with your line manager, you are at their mercy

      1. Your work schedule can be everyday (Sunday - Sunday). You're expected to respond to calls at anytime 2. Work can be repetitive 3. Some decisions are made behind your back and there's nothing you can do about it
