Hmm..where to start from, even reserving my emotions aside to be fair with my comments. The company lacks soul, baseless aspiration with a group superficial leadership team who either failed in their previous engagement or were just sitting without the job, but the story doesn't end here, the ownership team hired these non-performers by paying double the salary. Now, as the destiny holds these hired leaders think themselves next to God and ruling the drowning empire. In a typical sales meeting the review starts with the examples of Jack Welch/ Steve Jobs/ Jeff Bezos/ Elon Musk but Mr. CEO & Leadership team, interestingly I want to ask you whether you are aware of reality, rather than holding endless reviews, I dare you to step on the field and make at least one sale.
