Pros
* Competitive salary (lots of consultant style development work, so customer limits on what they can pay is the biggest limitation)
* Leadership is actively invested in matching people with work they will find engaging and can care about
* Tons of perks - equipment stipends, gym memberships, etc
* New office in Aksarben is ideal for folks on contracts where they can work from wherever. Gym, running space, great food, etc
* Culture has created staff full of specialists with unique hobbies, skillsets and interests
Cons
* Company is still growing! Not a permanent or immediate con, but having fewer people means relatively fewer contracts and slimmer pickings for when you do want to move around. On the other hand, not an issue for several years at least
