      I am in to DFT from last 2.5 Years. If you are a Tamil or Telagu you will get good projects. or you have set on bench years together There is a manager in DFT he will give first preference to tamil. all good work and +ve feed backs to Tamils. Or your career will go to hell. The owner of the company is a Talagu. Toooo much politics you can see. Dirty Management Dirty office like Government hospital. only money matters to managements.

      Pros

      Good clients and good for starters who are looking for opportunities and experience at various clients.

      Cons

      Very bad management, logistics, Finance team is worst. Late Salaries. Bad HR. So take risk while you decide to join. No medical benefits. No Leaves. Rules get deleted or modified or added when you ask a question to management which is not favourable to employee.
