      The main Pros of this organisation is that :- This is a straight out organisation where you get exposed to all lines of work. Right from our team till our CEO everyone here are below 30 years. This is a very young and energetic team.

      Cons

      The con I would say is that you need to take responsibilities and you get exposed to take decision. This is not actually a con though, it is in the way you take it.
