- If you are someone who has a below-average skill set you can join. - Easy interview process. - On-time salary. - A few managers are good and cooperative but if you are that much lucky to join those teams. - The office ambiance is good. - Work/life balance is good in some teams.
Cons
- Extremely outdated tech of 2004, with no future upgrade plans. - Non-technical Directors (Pharmaceutical, BCOM) are running the company. - Even after working a year with the company you have very little to put on your resume. - The benefits they promote while joining are too complicated to avail. - Below average salary e.g. an avg. SE with 5+ years of experience can earn from 250K to 320K PKR. - If you are a fresher do not even think of joining this place even if they pay you beyond the expectations. - Tech Review: A tightly coupled monolithic product, Struts 1 (2004), No frontend framework/library, Liferay, JSP. - Overall review: Tiny brain people with no future plans run the company.
