Pros

- Casual fun but non-oppressive culture where you can be yourself and be treated like an adult from day 1 - Founders & management genuinely care about your well-being, interest, and needs; very open to feedback and willing to act on it - always looking to revise and improve processes and strategies is a core part of the company's philosophy - Interesting and diverse work/clients - Smart team that is open, helpful, and passionate about what they do; co-workers who have voluntarily left have very cool upward trajectories post-Sidebench - Lots of opportunity to gain exposure, do meaningful work, and build skills across disciplines - Company is doing well and growing resulting in lots of opportunities to rise with the tide and lead

Cons

- As with any young and growing company there are often less roadmaps to follow and more trails to blaze; if you want/need a three-month onboarding phase it's probably not the place for you - Inherent to the services biz, but clients inevitably drive your day/assignments and their whims are unavoidable

Pros

Leadership team is ethical and cares about what they are doing. They also hire quality folks

Cons

They are kinda ramping down in volume, so not as much opportunity to work with them as before.

Pros

The people are some of the brightest and the most humble coworkers I’ve ever had in my life. Leadership cares so much and I couldn’t imagine my life without the friendships I have made at this company. The work is rewarding in a challenging way. Clients are great and the products are so interesting.

Cons

I would say try your hardest to keep the company feeling small and close. Protecting the great community you have built is going to be hard work but it will be your greatest asset as you continue to grow.
