Pros
In the amount of time that I have been at Sidebench, I have participating in a number of areas of opportunity that have truly challenged me as a professional. My personal growth at this organization is really unparalleled given the amount of awesome projects I get to directly participate in. Furthermore, the team that we get to work with both inside Sidebench and at our great client's has been all the more rewarding each day I come to work. Finally, I really do love the day to day work, as I find the challenges and problems posed to me and my team to be worthy of our efforts.
Cons
If there was one area of constructive feedback I could have for the company, it would be to host more all team weeks. We have two scheduled all team weeks per year for us to grow and bond as an entire company, and these events are just so much fun. I would love to hang with my co-workers more at Sidebench.
