      Management is great. They really listen and try to work with you. Honestly an easy job.

      Slow season is SLOW and there’s no money to be made. Owners are very adverse to change and improvement

      Pros

      Enjoyable interactions with customers on a daily basis, daily experiences with “regulars.” Tip Jar is plentiful.

      Cons

      Tight working quarters, making trips to and fro basement which includes a flight of stairs with low ceiling.

      Pros

      Management is straightforward with you, easy job with no experience neccesary, minimum wage plus tips. Tips are pretty good.

      Cons

      In Las Vegas summer it can be a struggle because of how much time is spent walking outside during deliveries. Also a very fast paced atmosphere.
