      Pros

      Income has always been more than fair with a great bonus structure. They offer health insurance at competitive rates. The managers and owners have always been honest and easy to work with.

      Cons

      As in any sales job, there are always ups and downs.

      Pros

      Great Products and Pricing Models. All of the items help homeowners save money on energy costs and allow for an elegant appearance.

      Cons

      Insurance costs are bit on the high side, but what company does not have that problem? Also, they could offer a computer and cell phone to the marketing and sales department due to the high level of travel and communication needed to succeed.
