      Multidisciplinary firm means less likely to get laid off. Most of the employees are nice. Others are cold.

      Chronically understaffed in crucial departments. Impotent, reactionary leadership. Incompetent upper-middle management. Outdated equipment. Lack of proactivity in every sense.
