Pros
Most people there are absolutely fantastic. I was always treated well. The pay is good, and the work/life balance was great. Management is truly trying to improve the product as well as streamlining processes.
Cons
Broken processes(if any) which are not communicated well. These should not be done over email. The product (especially the SaaS offering) needs to be stabilized and important changes (such as API changes) need to be communicated to not only internal employees, but customers as well.
They consistently 'fly by the seat of their pants' and most of the time fall on their face and it hurts the customer. Product Management is somewhat of a mess, but I do believe they are working to make it better.
Tough place to gain any sort of job satisfaction. I don't know about other departments, but my department, the work was not rewarding in any way. Management would specifically harp on the bad, and never the good.
Toxicity in some teams was evident, which shows that things are not going in the right direction, culture wise.
