Pros
Great Work Culture Fully stocked fridge was amazing Monthly food outings were also great Team bonding events were fun Lots to learn, if you want to be challenged a good place to work. Nice office and good location
Cons
High turnover, in the year I spend at this company I saw a good 20 people come and go. In an office of only ~20 people this is concerning. Doesn't pay super well. Not bad by any means but it's not hard to find a higher paying job. Start-up company so it comes with all the uncertain you would expect. Disconnect between developers and marketing.
