My experience at Sigma was very negative. I joined as a Project Manager, but was quickly assigned tasks outside of my professional profile, such as managing a renovation project without any technical knowledge. I was arbitrarily transferred to the recruitment department without training or recognition, and was given disproportionate responsibilities with no additional compensation. Despite meeting demanding goals, such as hiring a large number of people, the initial agreements were never honored, including my return to the original position. The company’s labor practices were unethical, and when I raised concerns, I was dismissed. Even after my departure, false statements were spread that harmed my professional reputation. Additionally, I had to take legal action due to abusive clauses in the employment contract. I do not recommend this company.
