We agree that culture impacts everything from how inspired someone feels at work to if they feel they have the tools and processes they need to do great work. We've made a number of investments that positively impact our engineering team, including expanding our leadership team, instituting a cross-departmental culture team to proactively seek feedback, as well as refining our code review process and product road mapping strategy.
