I'm glad that you see the compensation plan as being generous - we work hard to ensure that our most successful Sales reps are compensated above market rates. What we find is that the reps that have strong work ethics and are prepared to invest in developing strong reciprocal relationships across our ecosystem partners are often the most successful so we invest heavily to help make that happen.. As for coming to the office, that's something we are very proud of - we have an in office culture because we passionately believe that by being together we are more successful.
