      nice people work here thats all I have for pro's

      slap there employees in the face when it comes time for review... told me I was an exceptional employee and an outstanding worker. in my interview I made it clear that $14.00 x hr wouldn't work for me and was told that was only temp til my review. review time they gave me a .50 raise!! plus informed me they would be taking $200 per check for insurance!! thats not a raise? thats a decrease!

      No one really cares about Attendence or workmanship

      Cons

      Management is unable to keep material in stock, order hardware, or maintain machinery. No one cleans up after themselves leaving the shop incredibly dirty at all times. Was told there would be room for growth, training and schooling, yet have been stagnant since arrival despite asking numerous people in a management and ownership.
