Great reputation within the industry. Strong growth, financially stable. Internal promotion opportunities. Overall the company is great and is also a good place to start your professional career because their entry level positions pay well, offer reasonable hours, benefits and PTO - Sign Zone is a great place to work. Moving into higher level positions, top talent is always selected and they do value internal promotion.
Cons
The company always seeks and invests in talent (which is not a con) and as mentioned, internal promotion is encouraged however, I do believe there is room to improve the monetary value that is placed on internal candidates/promotions.
