Pros
All in all, I've learned the most from working at Signa. This is a great place to start as a college student. As an intern, you are a vital piece of the business and you are treated as a crucial part of the team. You have a voice here and that's something that is hard to find as a young professional.
The biggest pro is that you have time to learn here. In an agency, it's expected that you're "the expert," but a blade can only go so far as it's sharpened. I've learned some of the best resources from working here. Management gives you time to learn, research, and deliberate on the best approach. You're not a just pawn as an intern, you can learn and develop to be so much more at Signa.
There are great people here and plenty of laughs to be had! It's gritty, it's scrappy, it's Signa.
Cons
This is a small business. You're really expected to contribute as an intern, which can be daunting at times. Sometimes the work isn't always glamorous, but this is also a part of almost every job (especially entry-level jobs). My best advice is communication. If you ever feel bored, find a new opportunity to switch it up; management will listen.
