      - Everyone is incredibly supportive and has your back 100% - You can manage your own workload however suits you best - The culture is nothing I've ever experienced before and is truly fantastic and you feel like you're treated like the adult you are. - You're rewarded for your hard work and it never goes unnoticed - You actually enjoy coming into work every day because your team are so great - The company will always try bring your best out of you and will have the confidence in you to invest in your abilities. - You have a lovely dog roaming around to make the place feel even more homely.

      - Great people, made to feel welcome and ALWAYS supported - Unlimited holiday, have taken full advantage of this not only to go away, but to carry out all-important life admin that helps me manage my mental health - Mental health support, my manager and the People team show such amazing sensitivity and awareness when helping me through difficult times. In over a year of working here, I've never been made to feel guilty for needing time to myself to work through something. All I'm offered is support and help! - Always something going on, whether it be pumpkin carving or movie nights, there is always something planned to keep us connected - Worthwhile work and opportunity to progress - I'm never bored, feedback and suggestions are listened to and will be taken on board, bonus structure for hitting/exceeding target and other fun incentives
