Pros
Signalchip is a purely product based Indian company. You can work on really recent and upcoming tech. It is a great learning opportunity and there is no workplace politics; pure tech work that's all. Management hierarchy is totally flat meaning you can easily interact with your seniors for any discussion. In daily routine, you have to be on your toes to manage the workload but the timings are flexible. That being said, you can own big part of the project.
Cons
Sometimes it is really tough to manage the work. However, you are given due time to understand the issues. Apart from retention bonus, annual increments are not very attractive.
