No work life balance, I have to work 9/10 hours per day and they were not paid. no ownership of the issues, mess in old process , not customer friendly solution. People are overwhelmed and when there is a need of help no people available. Some people are nice , but some did not do work at all and were not fired. But good people are overused and exhausted. Poor leadership, because they care only about revenue but not people. I was constantly in stress and started to have mental issues and I would go to court if I could prove it. I was working really well and did my best but after I left my director blamed me in all issues in front of the client (it was not my fault). May my colleagues plan to quit as well, because they feel bad but just afraid not to find another job
