Its a local 3 affiliated company A couple of Good technicians to work with Work/life balance

-Very vey disorganized -Management tells u one thing and then does another -Bad scheduling, you can think you’re working somewhere in the morning and once you wake up they change schedule online and no one bothers to call you -Nepotism is strong -Favoritism is quite strong here and if you rub one of the favorites the wrong way at all they will bad mouth you all around the company - Management doesn’t listen to feedback -Alot of Gossiping and overall hating, we are all in the union we are all in the same team. - good luck getting a raise if you’re not a kiss a**
