Poor management - Claims Processor Signature Performance Employee Review

Unprofessional management, crap traIning, unaffordable insurance, mandatory over time pretty much year round, you never know who your manager is one month to the next. They throw an employee appreciation party but you’re expected to clock out for it AND make up the time you were gone for it, and then when you do go to It - you’re rushed through a buffet line to get a crappy burger & bag of chips, have 15 min to eat then get bussed back to work, not exactly feeling the appreciation there. Whole company is poorly ran by a bunch of twenty somethings with no management experience who are all sleeping with half the employees. Honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever worked.
