Great co-workers, Nice new office space but really not much more I can say about pros for this company. Please Please Please run fast and hard from this company.
Cons
No PTO time, Horrible benefits, Greedy Owner who only cares about himself, Company hard up for money owner says as he has a shore home built plus a new restaurant built and he shows up with a new car every month. Only way to get a raise is by threatening to quit then he's quick to give a raise. Has been sued for labor law violations and clams he's won the case but according to my new lawyer he has paid out in all cases. He rips off his customers by charging a ridiculous mark up on everything. You have to fly through 3 cities to get to your destination just so they can save a few buck. They look at their employees as EXPENDABLES and their major account is seeing this now. the $25/day per Diem only allows you to eat at fast food restaurants so they could care less about your health but judging by the owner he doesn't either. Just overall a horrible experience hopefully I'll get my day in court soon.
